Marjolein has spent over 15 years studying the nature of work, and what makes it meaningful for us. Her academic endeavours at New Zealand’s Auckland University of Technology have won awards for their insight into how to create more meaningful work and work practices. She collaborates with individuals and organisations on how to bring these findings into reality and make the experience of work more meaningful for more people.
As co-author of The Map of Meaningful Work: A Practical Guide to Sustaining our Humanity, Marjolein shares her findings with the world, with the goal of helping us all discover a way to work that brings us personal meaning.
