Leading from Love: what might be possible?

Helena Clayton

11am, Friday 16 November, Friends' Meeting House, Brighton

This workshop offers a rare opportunity to explore what it means to ‘lead from love’ – and what is possible when we do.

You’ll learn from leading edge research and personal stories. You’ll have a chance to explore what blocks and enables us to access and harness love in our organisations. You’ll find your own ‘edges’ in this workshop (that many people would choose to avoid) and you’ll leave with practical ways to lead more from love.

Anyone who leads or manages people and who is interested in creating great cultures in organisations – that counterbalance the prevailing trend towards control and fear.
